If you suffer from body pain, weakness or a combination of both, you are invited to participate anonymously in the Artis questionnaire to facilitate the detection of rare diseases before the consultation, either on-site or via video.

You will receive a code at the end of the questionnaire that you can submit during your consultation and resolve with your doctor.
